Welcome Letter from Uma
Welcome Home to Yourself!
Welcome dear one to the Yoni Power courseÂ
I’m so delighted you’ll be joining me to reconnect to the source power within yourself. The sessions are both restful and enlivening, nourishing and awakening.
How to prepare :
• Please be sure to be in a place where you can lie down comfortably, and have the pillows, cushions or covers you need for the restful cosmic naps (yoga nidra practices) that are part of our time together. You are so welcome to rest on a bed or a sofa, or to be in on a mat or a sheepskin on the floor if you prefer. The main thing is for you to be comfortable and at ease, and able to hear the gentle guidance I provide (sometimes when you lie down the sound is different than when you are sitting up).
• For our movement practices you simply need space to stand, sit and stretch out above and to the sides when you are seated and when you are standing. It is helpful to have some extra cushions, bolsters, a sheepskin or other padding for some of the kneeling and all-fours practices.Â
Please know that there are always loads of different options for varying places in the cycles of life, for example if you are menstruating, ovulating, lactating, pregnant, postnatal, perimenopausal or post-menopausal. The emphasis is upon listening to your own body and responding with kindness and attention to what you need.Â
With great respect and love I send warm wishes for your wellbeing,
Uma
