The Marriage of the Sun & Moon is a six-week experiential journey designed to gently guide you through the inner landscape of your Feminine and Masculine.

This is not a course, but a return to rhythm, to inner guidance, to the two forces that have always lived within you.

Through reflection, ceremony, and lived experience, you will begin to soften inner divisions, reclaim forgotten parts of yourself, and restore a natural sense of balance and wholeness.
You will be guided to:

- ✔ Learn to love the parts of yourself you once rejected — meet the hidden aspects of your being and welcome them back as sources of strength.

To belong, we learned to adapt, to flatten our rhythms, control our emotions, and hide what felt too sensitive, too intense, or too unpredictable.
Not because we were wrong.
But because no one showed us another way.
Our parents, too, lived with this inner split. They valued logic over intuition, action over rest, doing over being,
not out of neglect, but because it was what they were taught.
It was the only way they knew.
But these parts of us (sensitive, fierce, intuitive, structured) were never mistakes.
They are gifts.
The Feminine and Masculine within us were never meant to compete.
They were meant to support, nourish, and complete one another.
Wholeness begins when we stop choosing,
and start welcoming all that we are.

Meet Your Guide:
DeAnna L'am
Fondly known as a Womb Visionary, and a recognized pioneer in Menstrual Empowerment, DeAnna helps women move from self-sabotage to living their inner power.
Her original work, developed over 30 years, has reached women in more than 30 countries.
Like many women, DeAnna once struggled with PMS and saw her menstrual cycle as a nuisance.
In 1992, she began a personal journey of embracing her cyclical nature, which led her to what she calls “reversing the curse”.
What started as personal healing opened the door to pioneering work in menstrual consciousness, womanhood, and feminine embodiment.
In 1995, she coined and introduced the concept of the Inner Maiden, recognizing the deep need in women to heal and reclaim the adolescent girl within, who may have never been welcomed into womanhood.
Founder of Red Moon School of Empowerment, the Red Tent Academy, and Red Tents In Every Neighborhood Global Network, DeAnna is also the initiator of International Red Tent Day, celebrated globally on November 8.
She is the author of A Diva’s Guide to Getting Your Period and Becoming Peers - Mentoring Girls Into Womanhood.
Her work continues to weave together personal healing, ancestral remembrance, ceremony, and feminine leadership, always rooted in lived experience.
She holds space not as a lecturer, but as a guide, helping women remember what was never truly lost.

PROGRAM SESSIONS OVERVIEW
This journey unfolds over six weeks, each session opening a new doorway into your Inner Feminine and Masculine.

Rather than theory, you will be meeting living parts of yourself, through reflection, guided experiences, ceremony, and gentle integration.
SESSION 1:
Meet the Sun & the Moon within You
Nature is reflected within you in many ways, both familiar and unfamiliar.
Your inner Sun and Moon may conflict in your daily life, or they may create a beautiful union, if you let them.
You'll begin to explore:
- Meeting your Feminine and Masculine as inner intelligences
- Listening to their Pain, their Burdens, and their purpose
- Revealing the Gifts and Strengths they each hold
- Egg & Sperm Consciousness, as archetypal wisdom within you
- Beginning to give voice to your Soul
SESSION 2:
Let Go of the Chain of Pain
Our mothers, fathers, and ancestors did not have empowering models for Masculinity and Femininity.
They unknowingly passed down limiting beliefs, emotional wounds, and rigid role expectations, from one generation to the next.
This Chain of Pain can end with you!
You'll be invited to explore:
- How ancestral conditioning shapes your relationship with your Inner Feminine & Masculine
- The emotional and energetic wounds passed down through your lineage
- Healing the Inner Mother and Inner Father archetypes
- Releasing inherited beliefs, shame, or expectations
- Opening space for a more unified, compassionate inner foundation
SESSION 3:
Find the Gifts Hidden in Your Rejected Parts
Some of us reject vulnerability to remain strong and in control.
Others hide their natural strength to appear soft, accommodating, or non-threatening.
Either way, we lose access to our wholeness.
You will uncover and integrate:
- How suppressing some parts limits your emotional and spiritual expression
- Finding the Hidden Treasures in your rejected aspects
- Integrating strengths from both ends of the spectrum, rather than choosing one
- Moving from suppression to authentic expression
- Experiencing the freedom of living with your full palette of colors
SESSION 4:
Let Your Inner Opposites Meet
We often identify with one side of ourselves (introvert or extrovert, listener or speaker, intuitive or logical) and unconsciously reject the other.
When we fear or neglect the unfamiliar within us, we miss the larger picture and lose access to our full capacity.
We are much more than one end of the spectrum. We are Rainbows.
You will experiment with:
- How you tend to stay close to one side of your inner spectrum
- What happens when you reject or fear your opposite qualities
- Recognizing and welcoming your “unfamiliar” inner aspects
- Seeing beyond either/or discovering your full range of being
- Opening the door to the fullness and richness of your inner palette
SESSION 5:
Meet Your Inner Queen & King
Who is ruling your Inner Realm? Who have you Crowned as the Sovereign of your domain?
Are you guided by intuition, strict rules, or inherited expectations?
Your choices don’t have to be mono-tone: they can include all colors.
You will reflect on:
- Who holds authority within you: your Inner Queen, Inner King, or something else
- How your leadership style has been shaped by your upbringing
- The difference between living by rules and living by inner guidance
- Opening your emotional and spiritual palette to include more choice and freedom
- Bringing more play, flexibility, and sovereignty into your life
SESSION 6:
Create Your Inner Marriage Ceremony
Before (or after) marrying anyone else, how about marrying your Self?
This ceremony invites you to accept every part of you, even those that were once rejected by society, family, or your own beliefs.
It is a time to release what has been tied up, welcome what has been forgotten, and let your Inner Domain be ruled by your Integrated Self.
You will be guided to:
- Create your own Inner Marriage Ceremony
- Accept the parts of you that once felt unacceptable
- Release internal and external expectations
- Offer compassion to your forgotten or rejected parts
- Invite your Inner Sun and Moon to shine. Each in its own truth, each honoring the other
Each session is experiential and blends Shamanic Journeys, Guided Meditations, Ceremony, Sharing, and Support.
Rather than learning concepts, you will be engaging with your own lived experience, gently integrating insights through reflection, embodiment, and ritual.
